Describe who/what this design is about

My business aims to facilitate partnership working between National Health Service (UK) and the private sector. We aim to create an atmosphere of trust, innovation and focussed outcomes through identifying, targeting and ensuring implementation of mutually beneficial heathcare outcomes. There are 3 groups that will benefit. Firstly the patient and secondly the interested parties involved in the partnership.

I would also like a strap line now which is "one + one is more than 2" I would like this to be in blue but the plus sign and "more" to be orange.

Just a heads up--- you are looking for an illustration, which is extremely difficult to do. For only $99, and no guarantee, it will be difficult to get many entries for this project. I'd recommend increasing the amount, making it guaranteed, or giving the designers a less complex design project for the amount you are offering.
