Describe who/what this design is about

we are active in Auto ID business (Point of Sale, Barcode scanner, Barcode printer, PDA).
We would like to use this logo as product brand name for our products. we would like our logo be in RECTANGULAR shape and as simple as possible like what famous brands like NCR, Sony, LG, SAMSUNG and the reset of product logo has.
we would like to identity our brand with a color to use that color on our products too such as buttons.

Thank you for #14 amendment. (its circle design look better than rectangle). I have to thanks all designers but still waiting for more creative designs. Is it possible to create logo sign related more to AutoID (abstract of barcode, scanner or POS device)?

Please have draft #7 logo on rectangle format too to check how it looks on more rectangle shape. good move on #3 but Oracle font is used so its going to refer to oracle maybe other fonts on #12 could help to be more unique.
