Proactive Monitoring
Proactive Monitoring
No
Proactive Monitoring is a software service used to monitor server, network and device availability and utilisation. The hosted service will be resold to private and public sector businesses and organisations of various sizes from medium sized to enterprise. The monitoring service will be highly available, intuitive and customisable. The benefits to the client will be complete piece of mind regarding the status of their infrastructure, affordable monthly billing, low set ups costs and great customer service. Proactive Monitoring will be owned and operated by an established IT support company however the branding of Proactive Monitoring does not need to be linked in any way to the parent company.

The website template we adopt will be similar to the following:
http://osc4.template-help.com/drupal_29865/?q=node
http://osc4.template-help.com/drupal_29866/?q=node
http://demo.sooperthemes.com/synopsis/ (although this website template is less likely to be implemented than the 2 above)
The main website will be clean and bold (“web 2” kind of style) with a small number of images such as screen shots. The Proactive Monitoring website will also include screen cast demonstrations, live chat and a facility to configure a service online before making an online payment. The Proactive Monitoring logo will feature heavily on the website and also on letterheads, promotional material, email signatures etc.
See http://www.paessler.com/prtg/screenshots for product screen shots.
Avoid cliché IT/computing concepts such as hard drives components, noughts and ones etc.
