Describe who/what this design is about

This is for a high end and highly specialized staffing company. We only do LONG TERM placements and everything is included. The logo should express luxury, where everything is included, best in class service, trustworthy, professional, personal touch. We seek to better the lives of the workers (that we staff at other companies) while also solving problems for our clients (because we are providing long term, well trained staff) We will specialize in the aerospace, medical, manufacturing and oil and gas industries.

I think the letters might look best in all lower case (hyr) but I could be wrong so feel free to try all upper case as well. What would be great would be a very unique but simple and clean font for the letters and then have a symbol above it (or to the side) that is made of the "h" initial? SO I would prefer cool font with an added symbol, however if the three letters can be combined in a creative way to make the symbol that works too. Think clean, clear, powerful, visually striking.

On the two uploads:
I tried to hand draw a basic idea for turning the 'h" into a symbol but I such at drawing and its just to show the idea, I like the circle/broken circle. I like round as opposed to square or sharp. Basically we need a standalone symbol that would look great on a shirt/car/wall/car etc.

The other is a logo/text I liked. **The font is very simple and clean but also very unique and striking. A font/design similar to that would be great
