Describe who/what this design is about

Saiko means talented in Japanese. I want to logo to have a Japanese feel to it and formal. This company will mainly focus on giving strategic advice to IT and technology firms. Investing in these firms is also one of the services. The CEO of The Saiko Company is experienced and has a very wide network of entrepreneurs and talented people. The logo should represent trustworthiness, knowledge and experience.
