the state of Florida has 5 Offices of Regional Counsel who represent indigent defendants in criminal and civil matters in court. Scales of justice, the outline of the state of Florida, the Shield of Defense are all good ideas to incorporate here. The letters RC5 are also a good idea somewhere in the center of the logo, as that would be the nickname of this office.
