Describe who/what this design is about

The software application is used for the collection of electronic data for legal discovery. The software has been developed in such a way that it is simple to use, anyone can do it, "I can collect this". We want it to be inviting to the user, much in the same way a friend would be welcoming you to try something new you previously thought too difficult to even try.

It should represent the evolution of electronic collection techniques.

iCollect must be capitalized in this fashion. In addition, I would like to see variations of the logo with and without the tagline.

Incorporating the i into a graphic as the beginning of the name iCollect has turned out to be a bad idea as it highlights the word COLLECT which is not our intent.

Feel free to be creative in your font selections and weights. As long as the font is easy to read I am open to varying font stylings and creative license.

As additional information - electronic data collection involves processes like investigation, capture and analysis. I would like to see any graphics used represent something about the software. Use a picture to incite an association. The name iCollect was chosen for the software as a play on words to mean "I collect", this is something I can do. Making subtle separations of the i and Collect reinforce that idea and would be a good thing. The software does not have anything to do with monetary collections so please avoid focusing on the "Collect" word and graphics which can be mistaken for monetary or currency symbols. Many thanks for the efforts thus far, I hope this provides useful information. If you have any questions dont hesitate to ask, I will answer those requests.
