Describe who/what this design is about

We are a management company that manages HOA's, Office Condo Associations and tax districts and we are rebranding. I like the tag line above but if you have better, I am open to it.

I like green and dark blue, but am not stuck on those two.

Do you have any additional suggestions or ideas?

We are a professional management company, so we need to project professionalism and not too wildly cutting edge. I need a clean and simple look. I do want something that we can embroider onto apparel, hats and other items, so shading colors make that difficult.

While the majority of our business is homeowners association management, I DO NOT want any houses or structures in the logo.....mostly just the name Merit, the tagline and maybe some type of an abstract design??

Show me whatever you think looks good.....that is what I want.
