A design utilizing an element from the name of the company would be nice, maybe fire being incorporated? Since this is for a horror based company, horror elements may be utilized (things such as cemetery gates, tombstones, cremation chamber, blood, butcher knife, are all examples). The final logo should be readable and professional while branding Nitefire Productions as a horror based iconic company. We also would like to be able to animate the logo down the road to create a splash screen which plays before a film so keeping that in mind is a plus. A good example would be the company Twisted Pictures. Possibly "points" on the bottoms of the N's, F, etc could work, (similar to the point on the N in the font "M Ponderosa" just not that "dithered up" look within that particular font). The N & P could possibly be used to create an "initial based" logo. We're open to a symbol, character or illustrative based logo as well. Basically, we are having a very difficult time coming up with the branding for this company so we are looking to some creative designers to assist us in branding this company. What we do not want is the typical "flat" or "contemporary" looking logo. We would like something flashy which oozes professionalism while still establishing us as a horror genre company. Mirror or chrome finishes are flashy as would be more of the 3D look. Anyone can type some text and add some elements. We are looking for something unique which can be easily remembered as iconic. I can see more of a customized and bolder font style being utilized. We want a logo which stands out from the pack while still remaining professional enough for corporate letterhead. Blacks, reds, grays, mirror finishes, chrome looks, colored chrome looks, etc...
