180 Solar Power is a solar electric contractor that installs solar systems on our customer's homes and businesses. I want our logo to create a sense of lightness, brightness, energy and professionalism. I want people to think its really cool and memorable, and for it to inspire people to want to know more about our company and to take action. This is completely up to the designers because they are the experts, but a few colors that strike me as relevant are: Green, which represents environmentalism in general, Blue, which represents the sky and the purity of the environment, Orange, which really seems to pop as a color, Black text could be alright if the designers want to use it. Again, I'm open to anything that the designers come up with that is awesome ;-)

The "180" in the company name represents 180 degrees due South, which is the optimal orientation for solar panels to face to generate the most electricity. Therefore, I thought it might be kind of cool to incorporate some kind of compass-like symbol, or something that in some way might represent 180 degrees due South. It is not mandatory for this project, but I thought it might be kind of a cool concept to pursue.
Other general ideas might include some sort of representation of a solar panel, the sun, the sky, light, power, etc., but my favorite concept right now involves the compass thing mentioned above.
