Logo for a Project Management Consulting Company

LeadTime Consulting

No

Sophistication, professionalism, simplicity

This is (for now) an independent project management consulting company specializing in the management of IT projects.

I really like this logo: http://www.sun-rich.com/

Consulting

Abstract

Apple green or perhaps orange? Something that looks fresh, likely combined with grey.

not sure

The logo could in some way represent the scheduling component of project management (Gantt chart) as a further play on the term "Lead Time" which is a project management scheduling concept.

Here is a link to a video explaining (graphically) how lead time is represented in a project schedule: http://office.microsoft.com/video.aspx?assetid=ES010274798&vwidth=1024&vheight=768&CTT=11&Origin=HA010156787

I had thought of combining the L and T of "LeadTime" into a gantt chart type representation (project scheduling) or including a diamond shape typical of project milestones in a Gantt chart. But, I don't know how to make a diamond "cool", so would prefer to omit the diamond shape if that makes the logo feel stuffy or old school corporate.

I'd also be happy with a completely abstract, more generic logo, that sends a message of professionalism, sophistication but doesn't necessarily convey "project scheduling/management". I don't want the project management message to be too strong in the logo, since the company may also do more general business/change consulting.

I will be associated/sub-contracting to this company: http://www.longviewsystems.com/ so the logo needs to be substantially different even if it uses the same colors (green) and similar letters if the L and T of LeadTime are incorporated into the logo design.

I would like to see the logo cleanly separated from the words "LeadTime Consulting" so that the logo is a small image that could be used with an email signature: i.e: sometimes the company name/logo would appear together and sometimes just the logo without the company name.

After seeing a number of the color combinations I originally suggested....I'd like to go with grey and green as the final two colors (eliminating orange). Although a natural fit with the word "time" in the company name, I am not going to use a clock symbol in the logo. I like the logos that have incorporated gantt type bars or a concept of project dependencies (from the link in the project profile). Lots of great submissions so far...thank you!

Attention Designers!! MycroBurst permits you to submit unlimited designs with unlimited variations. However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files. Thanks, MB/LDG/LS Team
