Describe who/what this design is about

I am looking for a Tree of Life design with a celtic twist. Possibly (not necessarily) serving as the O in O'Sullivan. The company mission is to develop a Comprehensive Creative Case Character. Creativity (new ideas) and taking risks keeping in mind that jurors make decisions based in their heart and justify the decision with their heads.
