    that's clipart mate.read the very first guideline before submitting concept"Please do not use CLIPART". along with clip art there were lot of them using dingbat character(free font) called mexican ornament. http://www.fontspace.com/listemageren/mexican-ornaments anyway best of luck designers.

    These are traditional(Ancient) Mexican Motifs. I think designers can use them here.
