Describe who/what this design is about

These will be used in an election campaign for a circuit judge campaign. I am looking for pro-American (red,white,blue or variants). The position is fully known as Cass County Circuit Judge. Candidate's name is Luke A. Thomas. I am open to variants without using all the words. Scales of justice, gavel, etc. are acceptable. I want to keep the design sharp and clear, so it does not have to have every single word in it.
