Describe who/what this design is about

This logo will be used on the side of trucks and trailers. It will also be used on business cards, brochures and letterhead. The logo needs to represent the services the company performs (landscaping and snow removal). I would like the company name to be highly noticeable/visible along with the logo. I would like for it to print nice in black/white in addition to color.

I want the logo to be colorful however I want it to be able to be printed in black/white without the design being lost.

I think I may like the logo to be a tree:
possibly half the tree showing winter (bare branches, ice and snowflakes. The other half of the tree being full of green leaves).

Maybe grass and flowers under the tree???

Another possibility is a tree with branches with a leaf, flower petal and snowflake falling down next to it.

I do not want a truck, lawn mower or snow plow in the logo.

I am open to ideas other than a tree if they represent landscaping.
