Describe who/what this design is about

It will represent a law firm that practices in the field of estate planning (i.e., wills and trusts). People come to an estate planner to make sure their loved ones are provided for in case they lose capacity or die. I want the logo to convey a feeling of warmth, serenity, and peacefulness. As far as the design structure, I am looking for something modern, mature, sophisticated.

The contest has been wrongly titled "1986." The text of the logo should read either "Klosek Law Offices" or "The Law Offices of Jack Klosek." I am working with Zilliondesigns to have the name of the contest changed. Thanks.
