Business name Zing, Zing Money or Zing FS (financial services) - yet to be settled on which one because of the look. It represents a fresh, simple approach to financial planning that is about lifestyle, values and behaviours. Logo needs to be approachable, simple, makes sense.
Our initial thoughts were to incorporate greens or nature-related colours, to represent freshness, vitality and growth. Minimal colours preferred, maybe dark grey/charcoal supporting colouring but variations on two-colours preferred. A horticultural theme is an option, being leaves, tree, garden, plants.

Perhaps fresh vibrant green, but not overtly neon or bright, representative of nature/garden/growth. Combined with greyish tones, eg charcoal or deep grey, almost black Overall colour combo is open, but something that is fresh and modern, current.

White background, logo that can stand alone for marketing and document purposes but looks good with brand name too.
Prefer smaller type font, modern style.
Easy to read, clear and concise with minimal fuss or additions. Distinguishable and elegant without being overtly sophisticated. Brand is aimed at young families, couples and people with a can-do attitude.
Needs to evoke vitality and exuberance.
We are unsure whether to go with "zing fs" or "zing money", so design will assist with making that decision but would be okay if logo design is just "zing" with some kind of reference to the financial planning aspect of the business name in theme or referenced inclusion. Please, no direct monetary notes or dollar bills, etc - too tacky and obvious.
Desire is to communicate the lifestyle and future goals to be reached by using our services, not about communicating hard work, striving or going without. Think of it as balancing the client's personal values, their lifestyle and future dreams within an easy-to-follow, comprehensive service that walks with them through the journey.
