Describe who/what this design is about

This logo is for a Swimming pool repair company in Houston. We do not do pool service or cleaning. We just purchased this company that has been around for 17 years with no logo or color scheme. we would like it to convey a familly owned and operated organization that cares about our level of service and the quality of our jobs and clients.
