It was a pleasure giving my strategic opinions and thank you too for the opportunity Spensa Team! It's not just about a logo with a good looking design, it's about having the right concept that justifies your product and brand strategies. I must say you picked the best logo! Congrats to you and a very special congrats to Validesign for nailing it perfectly!

Designers: Thank you very much for your submissions. I am excited to see so many great ideas. I have expressed several ideas in my previous comments and I'm afraid they might be too confusing to you. So here are the two core messages that I would like the logo to convey: (1) WIRELESS SENSOR TECHNOLOGY (2) VIGOR/GROWTH/LIFE/HOPE Thank you very much!

Designers: I would love to see some creative illustrations of either a dove or a lighthouse, and somehow integrate it with a globe. It would be a plus if "wireless sensor technology" can also be illustrated. Please use ANY color you see appropriate. Thank you!

neonlite: #43 and #44 focus too much on the leaf. I am leaning towards to incorporating a dove or a lighthouse in the logo. Any ideas?

culiv: #45 inspired several things for me. I would like to see if the arch can be used to illustrate the earth. The wireless pole in the middle can be modified in such a way that it may be interpreted as a lighthouse or a wireless sensor. Consequently, it would be great if you could come up with nice "signals" that capture both "light" and "wireless signals". Sorry for changing directions, but I think we might be headed to something great. Of course, I am open to your suggestions -- after all, you're the expert.

kugajevska: Your illustrations of the river/dove in #53 and #54 are not working for me. Instead of using a single stroke, could you try multiple strokes, something like: http://www.ieuanreeslettering.co.uk/image/memorialsboulders/dove.jpg Another thing you could do is to modify #21 (because I really like the S shape), specifically the end of the S stroke to look like the head and the beak of a dove. I would also like to see different renderings of the globe. Somehow, the shiny green ball doesn't look right. Perhaps a little more abstract looking globe that would go well with the river/dove? I like the font used in #45 or Century Gothic or something similar. Note that I am open to any other colors other than green/blue color combination. Thanks!

culiv: I like the variation you made in draft #37. Perhaps you can enlarge the bottom green part to take even larger portion of the circle, and also extend the arch further out. How about making the wireless pole look something similar to the image at the following URL? http://icons.iconarchive.com/icons/seanau/switch/256/Wireless-icon.png The wireless signals still give the impression of a shooting mark. How about giving them a swoosh look? Like http://www.sterlinges.com/wireless_icon.gif

#34: I do like the font, but the icon has to be bigger and be able to stand on its own.

kugajevska: I would really like to explore different renderings of the "river in the shape of a dove" idea. I really like the way you rendered the letter "S" and how you started the letter with several squares in draft #21. Could you try to tweak the concept of #21, and render it in the shape of a dove? The squares could be at the bottom of the shape to illustrate the tail of the dove (or at the top of the shape if the dove illustrated as descending). Also, instead of the squares, it would be cool to somehow illustrate a stream of water. Another direction you might want to explore is to put three sources of "stream of water" (one for the tail and the other two for the wings). Really exciting! Look forward to your next drafts.

triparts: Thanks for your drafts. I like the simple and clean look of the icon. I like the the shape of the icon in draft #32 the best. Could you try different renderings of that icon? It would be cool to somehow illustrate "remote sensing technology" and/or providing new vigor/hope to the world. Thanks!

culiv: The icons in drafts #26, #27, #28 look like some sort of shooting target. Could you tweak it so that it looks like a globe?

kugajevska: How about illustrating the river in the shape of a dove with leaf in beak? In this case, no need to maintain the "S" shape, although it would be nice if can be done. Look forward to your next drafts.

graphicmj: Thanks for submitting drafts #16, #17, #18, and #19. Those are good start. I would like the icon to be separated from the letters. In other words, I would like the icon to be able to stand on its own. Also, I would like to see just "SPENSA" without "Technologies". Not a big fan of the gear. Perhaps something that illustrates "remote sensing" or "sensory intelligence"? Please feel free to use other color combination. Thanks!

kugajevska: Thanks for the drafts #13, #14, #15. I like them much better than #11. Not a big fan of the highlight in the middle of the globe. I would like more creativity on combining the globe and the river. I generally like clean and simple look. Thanks!

#11: I like the overall idea of putting "S" on the earth like a river. I'd like to see the icon to look more "high-tech", perhaps some sort of 3D effect? Also, I don't like the color combination and the font.

#10: I would like to see some variations of the icon. Perhaps, make the wireless link look more creative and less generic?
