This logo is for an apartment complex located in Northeast Philadelphia (which is some what outside of the city).

Our other properties that incorporate a window with an image representative of the property inside. I have attached two logos, one from a property in Easton PA with a column and the other is from a property in FL that uses a palm tree.

As a starting point, we would be interested in incorporating a simple Philadelphia sky line within the window. We would be open to something else, that's the only idea we had.

We would like to have "Regency Park" listed under the window and the "Community Homes" listed in a smaller font under that.
