Fairbridge Properties is a self managed real estate investment trust headquartered in Princeton, N.J. The company acquires, actively manages, and foster properties throughout the U.S. As a REIT, Fairbridge owns and operates income producing real estate and serves as an alternative investment company. REIT's offer a high yield return on investment to banks, brokerage firms, large corporations and individuals with diversified portfolios. The logo should represent a financial, alternative asset , real estate investment company. It should convey profitability and honesty.

would like to see the logo in light green with a light blue background. We would also like to see black and white.

We would like to see the logo using the words Fairbridge Properties and include a stylized portico symbol. Using rounded edges as a border around the portico symbol is interesting. Another option is to also include the initials FP. I am including links to two sites showing graphics for a portico symbol. We would like to see two columns with a door between the columns. It should be a stylized graphic and in the background a very subtle line graph showing an upward trend. Below are two links showing a portico graphic. The link for museum blue can be used as a stylized version, but of course we expecting your own original versions. As far as font is concerned we would like to use a font like that used on U. S. currency, a heavy serif font.
