Describe who/what this design is about

NewCo is a leadership development company designed for corporate management teams. We work offsite with our clients through a series of learnings from a variety of well-known disciplines combined in fairly new ways. The end result is the kind of transformational group thinking that has real impact on how they operate back at the office.
We combine short wilderness journeys (unplugging and getting out of the habituated space),
with mindfulness training (learning how to focus and gain clarity),
movement (access to the right brain and creativity),
coaching (sight and insight),
and new think corporate best practices (future prospecting from current reality).

None of the current drafts really hit what we are looking for. #3 is closest, I like New and Co in different colors. #2 does a nice job trying to bring in the global aspect but the hands don't work. #1 seems too bank.
