Hello,
We are a SEO company based in the UK. We've been in business for a good few years, and I now want to rebrand the business.
We're in the process of completely overhauling the website, with new content and a new design, and to top it off we want a new logo that reflects what we do.
To give you an idea about us, in case it helps with your ideas:
We are a smaller agency than many, our aim isn't to jam as many customers through the door as possible.
We want clients that we can build more personal, long term relationships with, and to offer them the best service in the business.
We are all about service.
We also offer our services at very reasonable prices, and to top it all off, we give all of our clients a 100% money back guarantee.
If we don't get them to page 1 of Google, we'll give them all of their money back.
No one else in this industry seems to want to offer any form of guarantee, but we feel it's only fair.

Don't worry about the colours - you pretty much have a free hand. Remember that the content on the site will completely change - it's going from reading like a technical manual to being very customer-centric and benefits focused.
Our new website will be designed to look similar to: http://www.elegantthemes.com/preview/Minimal/
It will be much more open and minimal. Again, we are happy to choose colours based around the logo.
We want the logo to stand out, to let the customer know that we'll get their website up the search results, and to epitomise our core values.
