I am a rare female woodturner. I specialize in spindle-turned handles for items like grilling tools, measuring cups, measuring spoons and the like. I also use a variety of materials such as wood, epoxy, or a blend of the two. I really want to convey the idea of woodturning with a feminine touch.

I definitely want to try to work a lathe in the design somehow, but I do want you to think "that's a lady business" when you see it. I doubt that's very helpful.
