Describe who/what this design is about

This is for an orphanage in Thailand. It should have reflect happy children who have been provide a safe home. Please see the attached image for reference. I want it to be almost exactly the same except 1 to 2 more children.

Please refer to the attached image. I want it to be almost exactly the same except 1 to 2 more children. The children should be no taller or shorter than the existing 3. Their skin color should be the same and the hair color black or dark brown.
