  Also, let me explain a bit more. We don't want to use icons that can't be explained. Don’t use icons that can’t be explained to how they align with the brand. In other words, no “spa or relaxation feel”, or “scroll-like” designs that don’t have a clear meaning. Here is a reference to her original logo we want a leveled-up version of her current logo.   Thoughts from the client are below. With that noted, after the discussion yesterday, I can also see that most of the executions don't necessarily communicate the "luxury" feel she's looking for.  Many are "premium" and "sophisticated," but only a handful say "luxury." The use of fonts is important as well they must say luxury. A large number of the emblem/icon designs don't align with how she's describing what she wants the brand to evoke. For Ellie, an emblem/icon should have meaning.  For example, some icons were butterflies or lotus flowers, leaf patterns, etc.  Those icons, while definitely sophisticated, don't really have meaning for her brand. She said that an emblem/icon is a must.
