Business Description: Inner Circle is a professional & social network where creators and business leaders can monetize their expertise. We directly compete with Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube in the billion-dollar social networking industry.

Look and feel: Inner Circle is a venture-backed startup looking to achieve a $20 billion valuation within 5 years (we just happen to be small right now). We are looking for something ICONIC, BOLD and with PRESTIGE, while at the same time present a colour scheme as the anti-Facebook (e.g. the opposite of blue and white). Specifically, we want need our logo to be able to use the “circle” as a very small icon (for Apps), as a social media icon and for all branding. It must have the same utility as Facebook’s “F” and LinkedIn’s “in” for icons, so must be simple and clearly visible when small but recognisable when in larger sizes. No thin lines, please. It is preferred to feature a circle (or a variation) strongly in the design.

Preferred Colour Scheme: Bright gold or yellow, against a dark background (dark mode as the default for the app). This is to distinguish again the blue and white themes social networks like Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter use. We’ll also need a reverse logo to work well on a white background too. The colour must be bold and not a pale yellow/beige/gold. Happy to consider other bold options that are not blue/white too.

Preferred Font/Type: No preferred font but it must be modern and readable at very small and very large sizes. The preference is to have both the words “Inner” and “Circle” the same size (e.g. no emphasis on either word). Open to whether it is all caps, all small or standard (first letter cap, small for the rest).
