We want to convey the essence of living/working/eating/drinking in downtown Lexington, KY USA. We are a very unique tourist business with a large car size contraption that patrons sit on the sides of a pedal to move the vehicle from place to place in town. In Lexington, KY we have a very active micro brewery scene, a critically acclaimed culinary scene, we love horse racing, bourbon, and most importantly, which explains our choice of names, the Univeristy of Kentucky sports. We also hope to work with a lot of other local downtown businesses and have/host events to raise money for local charities as well.

I would prefer the logo be blue/white/black in primary colors, gray is fine for backdrop etc.

As far as design, you are wide open. We have the color blue and the noun pedal which implies cycling in the business name so go wild with it!
