They need to be thought of as knowledgeable trustworthy, capable, technology used in fighting pests in their facilities, consistent, and focused on safety. Their customers need them to be safe when they enter their facilities. They are targeting facilities managers, operations mangers, rig managers,quality assurance managers who are mostly men ranging from 40+.
