Describe who/what this design is about

My company buys and sells destination land. Mainly we sell mountain and waterfront properties. Mountain lots with views over the Appalachian Trail. Ocean, lake and river front lots. Right now 80% of business in mountain property in NC and Georgia. Check us out at www.buylotsandland.com. We get our land cheap from the banks and sell it to the public at a reduced price due to market conditions. I envision a logo oval in shape. I like earth tone colors and a vintage, antique look. However, I look forward to seeing creative ideas. I would like something that could easily be used on our apparrel (golf shirts, columbia shirts, hats, etc.)

Designers, To be clear. the latest logo i uploaded has the text beside the logo. I would like the logo to have LW Land in the oval or shape you design. Not outside of it. Thx. Art

Designers, Some of you are having a hard time with the rustic or antiqued look. A better way for me to describe it would be think of a rustic sign. Google rustic sign images. the logo can look like a rustic, faded away, antiqued sign. However, I am still open to new ideas but want to stay away from contemporary designs. Thank you.
