  Dear Sacril and Aaask, Both of you have been just selected to be the last two finalists. Sacril, your latest concept came just in time and really hit me big time. That is an absolutely outstanding design. You've got me at first look. The font and origami-style symbol. However, there are still a couple of works you have to work them out very carefully. 1. You still need to find out a way of making the concept of "house" to be more easily noticed at first glance. 2. Try to differentiate the word "rent" from "talk" in your creative way. You can combine it with any color that you think fits best. Rate: Out of 10, you've got 9. Aaask, Use your magic to turn my hand-written draft to look neater. 1. The dark blue you've got at every corner of the symbol make it look a bit strange. 2. Use the tail of the bubble speech on the man's smile instead. Rate: Out of 10, you've got 9.5. Remark: the difference of 0.5 is just that Aaask's has a more complete story of the concepts of "rent" and "talk". But if we speak about the neatness, smoothness, Sacril's is the one.   Dear Designers, It is very disappointing to know that one of the drafts submitted here is just a copy of someone else's idea on the Internet. I decided to come to this site to get an original logo design for my company and was happy to pay a higher price for it. Please give me a respect. Regards, Joe

  Dear Designers, It is very disappointing to know that one of the drafts submitted here is just a copy of someone else's idea on the Internet. I decided to come to this site to get an original logo design for my company and was happy to pay a higher price for it. Please please don't treat me like a fool. Regards, Joe

  Draft # 28: Just some adjustments on the symbol as the roof looks more like a rocket to me and the font doesn't really go along very well with the design. Draft # 25: The coconut tree and the sun make it look like a tour company. But I love the way you combined two concepts in one simple symbol.

  Draft#136: I like the way you make a bubble out of the "K" and it still lacks the concept of "Rent". One other thing to mention is that it is quite difficult to use a small portion of the word "talk" as an icon to represent the company either on the website or in general. Draft#132: I like the symbol of the house but it needs a bit of tweaks as it gives a feeling of childhood. Also, the font has to be adjusted.
