This logo is for a craft brewery that every type of brew will be named for some mythical land or creature, so the logo should be immediately evocative of that fantasy/medieval genre. The logo should be able to be incorporated into a beer label, or as a seal on the neck of a beer bottle. Design must combine graphic elements of a compass with some kind of mythical beast (could be anything - surprise me) incorporated/entwined in the compass. Brewing requires three basic ingredients: grains, hops, and water. My initial imagining of the compass is to have some kind of graphic element for the "West" of the compass as grains/wheat. The "East" should be a hop cone/vine. The "South" should be water. And the "North" should be some kind of pointing element: could be a medieval weapon (arrow, axe, halberd, sword, spear) or some pointy part of the mythical beast (pointed tail of a wyvern, pointy head of a dragon, gargoyle wings/horns, something to that effect, but use your imagination for the beast and the pointy part). And finally, the logo does not have to have the name "Mythguided Brewing" actually IN the logo, but the design should have the text as a "shaped banner" outside of the logo, surrounding it somehow (so I can choose to just have the logo, or layer on the name as well, without affecting the graphic elements of the logo)...
