I want to focus on a specific market of middle income families searching for new home construction.
The homes we build are $150,000 to $400,000 homes for this demographic.
The logo should instill confidence, value, trustworthiness and a sense of value.
I desire the logo to "pop" and present a unique, clean, look that is memorable and exciting to see.

I would rather stay away from the "home" looking style / boilerplate designs and be more along the lines of a customized look. The "twin cities" are 2 local cities here that are former mill towns, lakes regions and closely connected by rivers and bridges.
