Describe who/what this design is about

We are a small batch coffee roaster in Oriental on the coast of North Carolina. Our name comes from a fish "Croaker" caught in our local waters. We are looking for a fun, whimsical logo with a simple design and a fun font. We will use the logo on our coffee bags and website. We are not a coffee shop, but a coffee roaster. We do not want any color gradients in the logo as that is too difficult to replicate on embroidered shirts and hats.

Maybe you need to see deign #105 i make the original logo for this company, i take some unsure from tropical beach and coffee roaster, just like the brief. But if you want make it better then now you can give some feedback, i would do what ever you want to make logo better and perfect for this company, trust me
