Logo Design for Charitable Company

Giving Sherpa

Give, Change, Connect

Yes

Sherpa conveys and represents a guide or mentor who will assist others along unfamiliar terrain/mountain. They know what to look for, what to avoid, and what it takes to safely arrive at the destination. Sherpas carry a heavier load for the novice as well as the experienced mountaineer. We want the logo to represent guiding people to focused, purposeful, intentional, and greater amounts of giving to their favorite charities. While we are professional, we don’t take ourselves too seriously and want to convey that giving should be enjoyable, fun, and can involve others while impacting their communities and world.

General comments for Designers. As we look at the designs we are trying to stay away from the literal representation of a SHERPA ie mountains. Instead we are tryin to convey the figurative ie guide, mentor.

Designers So Thanks for the initial uploads of your designs. So we are looking for something that doesn't lead someone to think we might be some type of outdoor company. We like the incorporation of the Sherpa in #9 but would like to see if you could come up something that might incorporate the idea of the financial part of what we do which is help individuals decide how they can give money and that we are there to help and guide them through that process. Symbol ideas could be but don't limit your self to this. Path with road marks leading to a better way to give to charity Or image of reaching a goal of giving so that a persons dollars have the largest impact. We will through more ideas out as we see the images develop Thanks
