    Great first submittals. Again the image I'm looking for is fresh, innovative, even daring. I'm in an industry with a lot of long standing established relationships between my competitors and upper level managers. I am going above management level targeting C-suite execs and showing them a different approach to driving value. The "good old boy" network is not serving the best interests of the public companies.
