We like the cursive look of "homelife" and the university look of "Academy". We don't like the fact that it looks thin and feels old.
We also have an eagle for a mascot and is on our official school seal. could try and incorporate it into the logo would makes us happy but not required. here is a url of the seal. we can get you the vector version if you want.
