We are an outsourced Accounts receivable department company like ADP or Paychex is an outsourced payroll dept. We are not a collection agency for bad debt. We improve a companies cash flow by teaching their customers to pay their bills on time.The major reason a company does not pay on time is because the invoice was wrong. ( The company ordered 100 and were sent 80). Payable departments need accurate invoices to pay. We are proactive and more efficient than a companies AR dept because that's all we do. We stay on top on all invoices thus making sure that their invoice is on top of their clients list to pay in a VERY VERY friendly way. DSO stands for Day Sales Outstanding. DSO is the average time it takes to get paid. So if your company has terms of 30 days and all of your customers pay you on average 50 days, your DSO is 50. We reduce the DSO by 25-50% within 90 days which means more cash flow for the firm. Cash is King. Engaging with debtors not alienating them.
