Describe who/what this design is about

This crest will represent the premier soccer club for Northern Nevada and more specifically Reno.

We would like this design to be simple and clean, but not boring. Subtle representations of Mountains, Lake Tahoe, and overall outdoors (Representation of Reno) can be considered, but overall the club is about unity. Representations of Nevada are also a good option.

Some crests that are liked are Sagebrush SC Lady Nomads, Yakima United FC, Vancouver White Caps FC, Reno 1868 FC, and San Jose Earthquakes, and Colorado Rapids. We don't want to copy any of these, but it will give design ideas. If an accent color needs to be added grey (or possibly red or gold if used properly) would be acceptable. Mountains and Lake Tahoe were suggestions, but not necessary if they complicate the design.
