The Anticoagulation Forum is a non-profit healthcare organization catering to pharmacists, nurses and doctors who care for patients that take anticoagulants or blood thinners (like aspirin, Warfarin, Coumadin, Pradaxa, Xarelto, Eliquis, etc.)

Existing members of the organization -- pharmacists, nurses and physicians managing patients on anticoagulants (Physicians like Cardiologists, Hematologists and general practice). Non-profit partners and pharmaceutical companies providing funding.

The organization was established in 1991. April 2015 commences our 25th year as a non- profit medical peer organization. We want a symbol and or tag line that embody the work that we do and capture our mission and longevity.

We are known as experts in the field, unbiased, conservative and well respected. We are the go-to organization for information about current trends and practices and our leaders are the world experts. Our organization trains medical professionals and has written guidelines and opinion papers on anticoagulation that are widely respected.
