Describe who/what this design is about

Small town Chamber of Commerce would like a theme design for Annual Banquet. We are a small organization with hopes of keeping up with the growing community without loosing its "small town charm" or identity. The town has a reputation for being friendly, family oriented, and future focused (relating to growth). Would like something that conveys the message of getting "Plugged In".

Would like something sophisticated, modern, and professional but a design that is exciting (generates a feeling of an event you might be interested in attending)

If the design has layers (last year we had palm trees, a sunset, and planes) would love to have access to those as well for other items in pubilcation (letters, invitations, flyers, programs, etc.) Last years plam trees, sunset, and planes served as wonderful background items for our PowerPoint Presentation
