luxury suites in NYC
We are looking for to set up a beautiful welcome folder for our suites guests. This folder will be placed in the room on the bed. Within this folder they will find the whole info they need in order to get around the building they are staying in,about our services, the location. amenities, attractions etc. here is some info about what our business about: Sigal Suites offers various luxury vacation suites in beautiful luxury residential buildings around Manhattan and are rented out to tourists on a short term basis a la a hotel. The suites and buildings come fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and more: - wireless internet & high definition television with digital cable in unit - On site laundry room - Fantastic fully equipped gym - Residential lounge area with billiards table - Amazing roof deck with breathtaking views of the city.

The welcome kit is a folder that has a one pocket on the right hand side of the folder inside. in this pocket we will place the pages with the info the guests need to know. on the left hand side inside the folder we will pitch our hotel concept (1-2 short sentences). on the cover of the folder we would like to see our logo and the name of the hotel the logo file is attached. what do we need from you: 1.a design of the folder based on our logo (colors ans font) : cover , left hand side inside the folder, on the back of the folder our contact info 2. a design of a template for the pages that we will place inside the folder (each page has its own topic for example: one page is about our services, the second page is info about attractions in the city..etc) important: the design should present out consept of luxury , high end style, Cutting-Edge Unique/Creative,Clean/Simple, Sophisticated. info about the logo: Brown #CFBA76 R:207 G:186 B:118 Font:Rage Italic Font2: Arial tagline: Arial dark Gray: #333333 R:51 G:51 B:51 Thanks a lot!!!
