Describe who/what this design is about

An all-women’s fishing tournament team that is part of the largest all-women’s fishing event in the country. The tournament is in effort to educate women of all ages about the conservation of Texas’s coastal resources and the sport of saltwater fishing. Fishing for speckled trout, redfish and black drum.
