10 and Under Tennis Lines

10 and Under Tennis Lines

No

The logo is for a new business. This new business will sell only 1 product: paint. A new type of paint to paint lines in a regular tennis court to make it smaller and better for kids 10 years old and under to play. The United States Tennis Association is trying to make Tennis more fun and accessible for kids of all ages and is specially focused on ages 10 and under.http://www.10andundertennis.com/ this is a USTA website, my website which is www.10andundertennislines.com is currently under construction.

This is wide open, it could be only 1 or 2 colors or more. I like the colors Green and Yellow, but also any color related to Tennis, such as the USOpen Blue. Also since is related to kids and fun other colors could work also.

not sure

I want to avoid confusion, I want people to look at the logo and immediately know that it has to do with tennis courts.
I want to avoid logos that look like some already exiting Tennis organizations/companies, such as the ITF, USTA and the USOpen.

Designers: thank you so much for the hard work you all put it. It was very hard to decide between 3 designs (20, 48 and 93). Draft # 93 is the winner.

If designers log on to 10andundertennis.com, you can see how the lines are used on a tennis court to create 36' and 60' courts on a traditional 78' court (making a smaller court which is easier for kids to start learning tennis) . If you include a graphic of a tennis court in your design, it may be interesting to show the lines in use.

Draft #48, it is my favorite of your drafts so far, but I still have a problem with the green, can you try a different shade. Thank you!

Draft # 58. I like it a lot. Can you send me a draft where the line being painted is green, also can you add the idea of a court in the background like you had on 42. Thank you!

TO ALL DESIGNERS: If you are using a tennis court I like it to be more actual a tennis court, blue or green. If you are using tennis ball, see this website for the colors of the tennis balls being used: http://www.10andundertennis.com/parents/about/equipment-for-kids/ Orange, red, yellow, blue and green seems to be working great. Be creative and keep in mind I want to invoke the idea of fun, kids playing tennis, but also the professional side which is that I will be selling a special paint to paint tennis lines on courts. Thank you so much and keeping the designs coming!!

Draft 30. Can you make "10 and under" 1 color, and "tennis lines" another? Perhaps use the colors red, yellow, blue, or orange, or all of them. Thank you1

Draft 37: You are very creative. Please add the color red to it somewhere, make "and under" the same size as "tennis lines", and make both lines under it the same way, perhaps give an effect of just being painted. Can "10" be a little more visible? Thank you!

Draft # 12. I saw your draft 20 and it is creative, but I still would like to see Draft 12 with the changes I asked before: make the 0 a tennis a ball, make the 1 seem more like a 1 and space out "and under" and perhaps make it smaller. You were on to something with the first draft, I think the colors were a great choice, fun. Thank you1

Drafts 22 and 18, please see previous comment for the colors I am looking for. I feel I am missing something in your draft. I don't think that just by looking at it someone will have the idea of the game of tennis or the painting of the lines. Thank you.

Drafts 26, 27, 28 and 31. I want to see a brighter green, brighter colors, and please make "10 and under" the same color. Please look at the balls in the site for the colors I want, also the blue in the background of the site is nice also, I believe is called USOpen Blue. http://www.10andundertennis.com/parents/about/equipment-for-kids/ thank you!

TO ALL: I have extended the project, so there are a few more days to submit your drafts. Major points to consider: 1) I like the idea of someone looking at the logo and immediately knowing it is about the game of tennis 2) The tennis ball that kids will be using will be mostly red and yellow 3) The colors: red, blue, yellow and green seem to be working better than others. (but the logo should work on black and white also) 4) Be creative, tennis rackets and nets also invoke the idea of tennis and I haven't seen those used yet. With tennis balls, tennis courts, tennis rackets, tennis net, tennis lines, there are plenty of ideas to be creative!! Thank you to the ones that have already submitted I look forward to your changes!

Draft 15 and Draft 16: I really like the idea of the "10" sitting on a tennis court. Can you: a) try extending a bit the court, b)making the ball red and yellow, making "10 and under" 1 color and "tennis line" another color. thank you for the creativity and work!!

Drafts 13 and 14. I like the idea of the tennis court, but it seems too much green, also the perhaps keep the green inside the court. Can you make the tennis ball red and yellow please, that is actually the color of the balls that kids will be playing with. I like Draft 14 better than 13, but like I said there is something overwhelming about it, the green or the size of the court perhaps. Thanks you for the great effort!!

Draft # 12. I like that much better now, but still having trouble seeing the number 1. and the word "and" seems too close to 10 and under, perhaps space that out a bit. I agree "10 and under" seems too large. Can you perhaps make the 0 the tennis ball instead. Thank you for your work and effort!
