Trini Challenges

Get on it

Yes

Trini Challenges is a company established in the small island of Trinidad in the Caribbean. It's mission is to be the main portal for any entity who wishes to issue challenges of just about any type to other persons. These challenges must be fun and interactive and have a defined objective in mind as well as an incentive/reward. Other than that, the challenge can be as creative as possible. Challengers post challenges on the website and the actors compete for the incentives. The objectives of the challenges themselves can be anything (lose five pounds in a month, drink a soda the fastest, take a picture of a famous person) provided that they are socially responsible and safe. The challenges will only be open to residents of Trinidad and Tobago.

not sure

My initial idea for this logo was simple text: "rini Challenges" and the T would be a coconut tree with a little man climbing the tree toward a coconut or something and he looks like he is searching, with a binoculars perhaps. Colours were red, white and black.

Something along these lines would be cool, but please be creative.

Maddock, #23 and #29 are my absolute favourites thus far. The "thumbs up" is too small to be noticeable. Perhaps the telescope should remain but perhaps it could be just a bit shorter. Also, the tagline in these designs isn't working. I think in this design, it should either be left out completely or amended to resemble #32.

Aribudsucahyo,#30 to #33 are clever, but I think their identity seems too japanese. I major fact in design is trinidad and tobago pride. I do however admit that your strategy for the tagline is my favourite.

I like #20, aribudisucahyo. The birds give an interesting dimension. Guys, The tagline is a work in progress. Focus groups are suggesting "for the win". Placement of the tagline is causing me some trouble. Can we try placing the tagline, in smallish script font, below the logo itself? I like the idea of using two wavy lines at the top and bottom of the tagline text, like in 14, but it needs to be placed somewhere else. Maddock, I also really like the idea of using the coconuts to dot the I's in Trini.

#10 is fantastic! My only concern is the tag-line is not as prominent as it ought to be. I'm not suggesting that it be huge or anything, but I think it gets lost between the main words. I like the idea of the badge in #3 for the tag line but it should be slightly bigger. I should say #1 is very well done, but it might be a little too busy. #5 is simple, clean and elegant, but just a little too much so. While I like it alot, it just seems too generic.

#6 is definitely leading right now. I think it captures the "fun"-ness of my site. I would like to see "challenges" be more prominent and the tag-line could definitely be more subtle (I'm also thinking "get into it" might be better). I would also like to see the challenger character become a bit more sohpisticated, possibly looking like a lara croft-esque character. Excellent job so far, though!
