Describe who/what this design is about

A product range, cloud based telecoms solution.
We plan to use the logo for various aspects of our "Cirrus" range. IE "Cirrus Medical", "Cirrus Business", "Cirrus Education" etc

This is our flagship cloud based product using varying 21st century technology. It needs to represent: robustness, secure, safe, reliable, versatile, resilient, high-tech. This product is principally aimed at the health care sector.
