This a Canadian fries restaurant called "Poutine" http://electron.mit.edu/~gsteele/poutine/
The place will be a small booth perhaps where people take away food. The restaurant will be a booth in shopping malls.
The logo should have the color of gravy in it (Gravy Brown)

I would like the name "POUTINIA" written with special calligraphy and the P in poutinia to have a special artistic design. "POUTINIA" could be circled with twos thick red oval circle. Between those two circles, i can have a checkered filling colored diagonally brown and white.
You can also suggest you own better idea if colors dont go together.
