Key Points about my business.

I am targeting the 20-40 demographic who shops at REI, Eddie Bauer and the North Face. Likes to hunt, fish and camp, eats a paleo diet, runs ultra marathons, likes to maintain their own firearms, enjoys freedom and enjoys whiskey.

My company is called High Desert Outdoor Research. I manufacture firearm parts for high end European hunting rifles. I need a strong logo that can be embroidered and etched. I would like a strong central image. Aside from firearm parts I am going to offer branded scarves, knives and camping gear.

The whole brand/logo itself does not have to be able to be embroidered/etched/machined on something...just a specific piece of brand iconography.

Iconography that could be used... Quail, Owl, Mountain lion, bob cat, Mule deer, black bear, tree (Pinon Pine, Desert Juniper, Desert Cedar) and a Cross.

I like "hipster style" logos but please use your imagination.
