Legal services for businesses and trial lawyer services are not mandatory, and may not be effectively accomplished. If not then the logo should convey strength, competence, stability, sophistication, and originality, in a pleasing visual appearance.

Open to suggestion on colors, however, the colors should be complimentary, and should convey a pleasant, but professional, image. The design and colors should not be overly complicated and should be easily visible in various mediums, and against various background colors. The colors should not be too bright/loud, but medium to lighter colors as opposed to dark colors would be preferred. The overall impression should be clean, clear, and original. The name of the law firm is Hassell + Snell with the plus sign and the plus sign should be used, not an ampersand or the word "and". A design which can be used, with some modification, in a square or horizontal style would be beneficial so that it can be adapted for use as applicable. The design should include the name, and some other element of interest but it does not need to include a symbol and something abstract, and something illustrative. Whatever works best is fine in that regard.
