Describe who/what this design is about

This is a small casino with 10 slot machines in South Dakota. The front of the building is small restaurant and the back of the building is the Casino. Alley Cat Casino has it's own entrance onto the alley way, which leads to public parking. This logo will be used as the sign on the back of the building.

Yes, I do want a cat in the logo. However, not a black cat as I have been informed that black cats are bad luck.
